The focus of our organisation is on people working in our services, ensuring the organisation achieves sustainable benefits for our clients through ensuring staff are appropriately selected, competent and supported to perform in their roles.
The NPA Family & Community Services ATSI Corporation is supportive of professional staff continuing to develop their skills and qualifications and to send staff to various conferences, workshops and enrol in courses that are relevant to their position.
Indigenous staff who have no qualifications or base level qualifications are fully supported to undertake studies.
