Remote Community Connector (NDIS)

The Remote Community Connector aims to engage, inform and assist people living in the NPA through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) pathway process through delivering culturally appropriate engagement activities, identifying eligible participants and families and referring people to the National Disability Insurance Agency.
