The Activity Program Team design and supervise "work-like" activities which supports community needs and goals and tailored to the local market and provide individual and group support to job seekers by;

• Assisting to develop and enhance their ability to work independently and work readiness
• Assisting to develop skills, work in a team, enhance communication kills
• Demonstration correct WH&S Procedures
• Promoting opportunities to engage in cultural appropriate events
• Facilitating positive relationship
• Mentoring and role modeling
