Who We Are Management Corporate Structure CDP Program Manager - Community Development Program (CDP), Assets & Maintenance Sajida Nona Sajida Nona joined the NPAFACS Senior Management Team in February 2025 and is the newest member of the leadership team. She brings strong operational insight and a practical, community-focused approach to managing both the Community Development Program (CDP) and the Assets & Maintenance team. Sajida oversees the delivery of the CDP, a Federal Government-funded initiative aimed at helping remote job seekers transition from welfare into employment. NPA Family and Community Services has been the lead provider for the Northern Peninsula Area since 1 July 2019, following a Joint Venture with My Pathway established in 2018. This partnership enabled a full review of local employment services, staffing structures, and long-term strategic planning for the program. With around 20 staff across three service areas, the CDP team supports jobseekers through various entry points, including referrals from the Department of Human Services, transfers from other regions, or direct engagement at the CDP office. Under Sajida’s leadership, the team works to connect individuals with employment opportunities and strengthen local workforce capacity. In her Assets & Maintenance role, Sajida is responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s infrastructure, including 13 buildings, 15 staff accommodations, and a fleet of 42 vehicles. Her responsibilities also span IT systems, cleaning services, Workplace Health & Safety, and transport coordination. Recent focus areas for the team include: IT infrastructure upgrades and system enhancements Ongoing repair and maintenance of hardware and facilities Yard and vehicle maintenance WHS and accommodation audits across all sites Cleaning of offices, centres, and accommodation facilities In-kind support for community events, including funerals. Sajida’s commitment to operational excellence and her understanding of local needs make her a valuable asset to NPAFACS. Her work ensures both the effective delivery of employment services and the smooth functioning of essential infrastructure across the organisation.
