Organisational Development

The organisation values staff and has a commitment to ongoing training and professional development to ensure they are competent and experienced in the field. In addition, the organisation places a lot of emphasis on the development of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Staff Members to ensure high levels of retention and future sustainability of the organisation.
