Human Resources & Organisational Development Program Manager - Human Resources & Organisational Development Laura Perry Laura Perry commenced her role as Program Manager for Human Resources and Organisational Development in July 2023 and brings over six years of dedicated service to our organisation. With a strong background in Human Resources, Training, and Quality Systems Management, Laura now leads a committed team focused on strengthening organisational capability and supporting continuous improvement across our services. In her role, Laura oversees a broad portfolio including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, compliance, media and communications, executive support services, and the management of the Neighbourhood Centre. As a key member of NPAFACS’ Senior Management Team, Laura plays an integral role in supporting both executive leadership and management. Her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and deep understanding of our organisation’s values and goals make her a vital contributor to our continued growth and success.
