Who We Are Management Corporate Structure Client Services Program Manager - Client Services Kristen Nadredre Kristen Nadredre has served as Program Manager for Client Healing Services since 2022, bringing leadership, compassion, and a strong commitment to improving the wellbeing of individuals and families across the Northern Peninsula Area. In this role, Kristen is responsible for the management and delivery of a broad range of funded client support programs designed to enhance the quality of life for local residents. Currently, Client Healing Services oversees 12 diverse programs that support healing, safety, and empowerment within the community: NPA Women’s Shelter NPA Family Wellbeing Program Intensive Parenting Support Playgroup Domestic Violence Support – Counselling & Men’s Support Bringing Them Home (BTH) Program Youth Services Youth Engagement Support Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Case Management Respectful Relationships Respectful Relationships Counselling Youth Hub Under Kristen’s leadership, these services are delivered with care, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. She plays a key role in ensuring that programs not only meet the needs of clients but also align with funding requirements and best practice standards. A significant achievement for the team was obtaining HSQF Accreditation via self-assessment in October 2019 for all services funded by the Department of Child Safety, Women and Youth and the Department of Communities, Disability Services, highlighting the organisation’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Kristen is a valued member of the NPAFACS Senior Management Team, working collaboratively to drive positive change and strengthen the delivery of healing services across the region.
